Policies

-Orders cannot be processed without completed and signed shipping form and Wild Game Ledger (if applicable).
-After receipt of your order, you will receive (by mail) an invoice with complete list of all items received. Please notify us of any discrepancies.
-We do not accept orders shipped C.O.D.
-Upon completion of your order you will receive your invoice detailing all charges. Payment is due within 30 days.  All overdue accounts will be charged 15% per month.
-Your order will ship via UPS upon receipt of payment in full.
-Items not paid for within 30 days of invoice date will be sold.
-$50 fee on all returned checks.
-$25 fee on all returned shipments.
-All capes, hides and skins that are tubed, cased or cut with a short incision  are 20% more.

-All hides that are  air-/trapper-dried are 25% more.
-All capes and 1/2 life size will be wet tanned unless specified otherwise on invoice.
-Dry tan capes and 1/2 life sizes are 15% more.
-Capes cut extra long will be charged an extra fee by the square foot.
-Any hides that need to be skinned, fleshed, turned or salted will be charged a prepping fee at the rate of $20 per hour.

-Due to the nature of the tanning/taxidermy process and many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the finished results of any item. The occasional minor defect, including holes, rips, thin spots, may occur especially on poorly prepped or grease-burnt hides. Proper handling from the time of death of animal is essential for a quality finished hide.
