Policies

- NO work will begin on any custom tanning order until a 100% Deposit(50% on Items charged by the square foot)  is paid in Full.

Custom Tanning Orders cannot be processed without completed and signed shipping form and Wild Game Ledger (if applicable).
-After receipt of your order, you will receive (by mail) an invoice with complete list of all items received. Please notify us of any discrepancies.
-We do not accept orders shipped C.O.D.
-Upon completion of your order you will receive your invoice detailing all charges. Payment is due within 30 days.  All overdue accounts will be charged $2 per Item Per Day Storage fees.
-Your order will ship via UPS upon receipt of payment in full or can be picked up at our shop. All Final Payments must be made with the following payment options- Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Postal Money Order. We NO LONGER accept Personal or Business checks from  Any customers.  They will be returned.
-Items not paid for within 30 days of invoice date will be sold.
-$25 fee on all returned shipments.
-All capes and 1/2 life size will be wet tanned unless specified otherwise on invoice.
-Dry tan capes and 1/2 life sizes are 25% more.
-Capes cut extra long will be charged an extra fee by the square foot.
-Due to the nature of the tanning/taxidermy process and many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the finished results of any item. The occasional minor defect, including holes, rips, thin spots, may occur especially on poorly prepped or grease-burnt hides. Proper handling from the time of death of animal is essential for a quality finished hide.
